Information we collect

When you create a KlangoRPA account we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

How we use your information

We use your account information to provide the service, send transactional emails (account confirmation, password recovery codes, billing receipts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers to operate KlangoRPA, including Stripe (payments) and our email delivery provider (transactional emails). Each processes data under their own privacy policy and only for the purpose of providing their service to us.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
