1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a KlangoRPA account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date; cancelling stops future charges but the plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Execution limits reset at the start of each monthly cycle and don't carry over.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KlangoRPA to automate anything illegal, to violate a third-party site's terms of service, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service itself (e.g. excessive load intended to harm availability for other users).

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

KlangoRPA is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
